Do you believe that you can reach your goal in losing weight and at the same time not depriving yourself from eating? I do believe now based on the experience of my husband. He’s in a strict diet now but he eats as well six times a day including snacks. He loses about 20 pounds in the last three weeks of dieting and exercising using our fitness equipment. He doesn’t over exercise though, just enough to get rid of the excess calories in his body.
