Oh Bed

Thank God the surgery was successful. The doctor had a hard time finding the perfect vein on the other leg of my husband but glad he found it after searching for quite a while. The surgery lasted for 4 hours and hubby had to stay in the ICU for 24 hours and transferred him to private room. When he was in the room, he asked his doctor if I can stay (and the kids) over night and they said no problem. In fact they provided us a bed and guess what? The bed was comfortable just like the sleep number bed but when four of us were already sleeping; one staff came inside and said that the kids can’t stay over night! Could you imagine our reaction? Well, we have to follow the hospital rules or else we will be deported! My husband called the Hilton Hotel to pick us up in the main entrance of the hospital at exactly 9:40 PM.

Bypass Surgery

Myluv’s bypass surgery will be this coming Wednesday at Green Hospital in San Diego. He was been waiting for this time that his leg will be fixed so that he can do biking and long walk again. There is an abnormal circulation of blood in his left leg so it needs to be corrected. He got this injury long time ago when he was in high school playing baseball. He was a varsity back then. This gonna be his third surgery and hopefully be the last. His doctor this time is known to be the best vascular physician in the state of California so I guess there is no doubt that he can fix myluv’s leg. According to the doctor, he will take a vein in the right leg of myluv and put it into his left leg, so then both legs of myluv will be wounded! Gosh! I can feel the pain now. The recovery time would take 6 weeks. How I wish I can drive so I can be a big help to myluv, but I still can’t drive. Thankfully that mom-in-law is available and she’ll help me here in the house especially in driving for groceries.

Seeing those horses around Rancho California made me feel getting my equestrian apparel . I know how scary to ride with horses but it is my passion and part of my imagination that someday I’m doing horseback riding. It was my childhood dream. Lovely Stuffs

I got three lovely sweatshirts and two sweet cards today . One card from Bienne and Arianna and one card from hubby. I’m surprised that there’s a card from a husband to wife for mother’s day. I didn’t know it before. Speaking of occasion cards, I have noticed that these cards on display are very adorable. Here I am again comparing the things I see. My point is, the cards in the Phil are imported from here but how come the selection here are way better from there. So my conclusion is, the cards that are not being sold here will be exported there? Anyway, I will not argue with this stuff, this is none of my business. He he!

I’m taking advantage of my free time to write something in here. But when the baby cries while typing this post I might write “ to be continued” again. That’s how I do sometimes if I’m interrupted . Actually, I had so many topics to write about , just that I had no time, until the subject in my mind disappeared. I can no longer remember of that particular event that I want to share in my online diary. Oh well, at least now my websites are not stagnant.
