1st Baseball Game

We (hubby and I) are solid fans of LA Angel’s. I started watching Angel’s game in 2006 on the internet while hubby was watching on TV. That was the time when we were full-time in voice chatting. My hubby used to watch live in the Angel’s Stadium in Anaheim and he told me that someday he will let me see live games since he can tell that I’m a great cheerer. Today was the day that we watched LIVE and we were seated in the front row where we can see all the Angel’s players. I saw the players in close distance! Amazing! I only saw them on TV before. Though Angel’s is not doing good this year but TODAY was different, they scored 8 to nothing! Angel’s vs. Seattle Mariner’s. The stadium was packed today with 43 thousand fans!

Mahal Kong Earrings , Bow

Mama Judy asked me today if I like to go with her and Bienne at the mall. At first I was hesitant because the time was not good for me to go --- hubby was about to arrive and I had my period. But I still went with them shopping. I texted myluv that we will not be home when he arrives. He said no problem so we took our time in the mall (Nordstrom). And the prize I got is a pair of earrings!

I'm "fresh from the boat" here in the US, so I tend to compare prices here and there in the Phil and its way expensive here if talking about fashion. Just like this pair of earrings, I think it's like P220 in the PH but here it's $22! And the other hand-made fashion earrings/necklace that would range from P50-P100 there, here it's $40-$50 or more, crazy price! Huh?

Feels Good

The weather is pretty nice outside for three days now and that always make me feel cloud 9! Baby Arianna, Bienne and I love to stay at the backyard just sitting around the patio sets and feel the breathtaking view of the place. Plus, we hear the birds singing and eating those pop corns on the tiny wishing well . Sometimes we see the birds bathing on that area. Oh how we love this kind of creature.

Instant Friends

How darling Bienne for being so easy to adjust to her new acquaintances in just a matter of few snaps. At first she would very quiet and once she’s already comfortable, she starts to talk non-stop. I have already shared in my previous post how she met and comfortable with nana Judy. So now I’ll share to you how she easily mingled with the daughter of husband’s friend Ted. Her name is Julia. The motivation was Julia showed her bedroom to Bienne and right there and then they became friends and they hugged each other when we have to leave their house.

Colonix

I remember how my brother suffered from colon problem. He had to rush in the hospital one day because the unbearable pain attacked him. The doctor has to insert a tube into his nose to see the inside of his body without anesthesia. My brother was conscious at that time and he said to his doctor if there was other way to check his internal organ without inserting that tube. My brother shouldn’t suffer such pain if Colonix was introduced before the incident.

Our Baby's New Hair

Got nothing to do this morning, I spotted a wig near Bienne’s dollhouse. I grabbed it and messed around on Arianna’s head. Bienne put the wig on baby’s head and look! She looks so funny but cute! Oh our happy baby always smiles when she sees camera. Bienne also took a picture using cellphone cam and I forwarded it to my sister. Isn’t she darling on her hair like that? I can’t still imagine though having her thick hair like that. But I wish she has a slightly blonde hair.

San Diego Hotel

The hapifam is not into rush to visit the beautiful spots in California. We have to save first for that tour especially the trip to Seaworld and Little Italy historical area in San Diego. We will be staying at San Diego CA hotel for a night or two. For the meantime, we have to decide first where to live next month. We are choosing between two nice neighborhood.

What Time

"What time are you gonna home myluv?" - That's my question to husband every morning. There's really a sudden change of our daily routine. Since we got married Feb last year, we never separated by time. He never had to go out for work (Philippines). We both just stayed at home and do our simple routine everyday. That took place for over a year. But of course he had to work online by calling his employees and customers. BUT these time that we are in CA, he has to go out to work - - - to do more work and make better income. I'm not used without him by my side every second, and he feels the same. Anyway, we made a decision that I (and kids) can go with him while he's at work. And that's totally fine with him- he's the boss. Today was the first day that we were with him and I'm looking forward for the next day. That's gonna be on Monday - - - only if his schedule to leave is 9am or 8am. Sometimes, he has to go as early as 6am.

I asked him where he usually drives and he answered just around OC and Los Angeles County. First Date

Hubby and I had our first "US" date today. We watched a movie (Slumdog Millionaire) after our dinner date at TGIF. Nana Judy volunteered to baby-sit Arianna while we were out. Good thing that baby was so good today. She fell right to sleep an hour after we left. Speaking of Arianna, she's now 6 months and 3 weeks. She still likes to be held and wakes up twice every night for milk.

Back to the movie topic: It is an award-winning Indian movie ( but they used English language). I like the story: A guy who was in loved and did anything to get the woman of his dream. He joined this popular game "Who wants to be a millionaire" , just to find this lady since he knew that this lady is watching this game often. One of his dialogues in this movie was .. that lady he is in-loved with is the most beautiful girl in the world. Now we know that she's no other than an Indian girl. Her name in real life is Freida Pinto. You Google it to believe. =)

As soon as we got home, the baby awoke. What a great timing. This is my story for today.

Very Loving

Now I know why my husband is very sweet and loving. I'm sure he got this attitude from his parents (Nana Judy and Papa Tony). I finally met them in person. I'm lucky that I don't need to adjust since I can easily mingle with them. They are easy to talk and be with. We visited papa Tony yesterday at his house.

I'm loving this place and the family, relative and friends. I guess I won't face the so called home sickness stage. No room for that in my part . I can text my mom everyday and I'm busy with my kids. No time for thinking and missing the life in my country because nothing has change really. Everything is still the same except the cooler temperature and better surroundings.

In the pictures attached, you can tell that I'm happy, kids are happy and of course a happy face of nana Judy. She's beautiful, isn't she? Very kind mother-in-law. I'm lucky, YES!
