The hubby is watching his diet now. He is measuring the amount of foods he’s eating and he does exercise regularly. He wants to live longer at least four more decades. I support his endeavors because I don’t want to live alone when I’m old. I also want to be with him on our old-age stage. I’m also watching my diet, I see to it that I’m eating the right foods and if there is a need to take weight loss supplements, I’d consider that as well.
