We planned to sell the business (part of it) and at the last minute we decided not to sell. It's hard to let the business go when you have learned to love it with all your heart. Landscaping business is owned by myluv for 10 years now and giving up a half of it was not easy as uno dos tres. There was a buyer already but we didn't accept his offer (50% down payment and 50% installment). Selling a business is not easy as well ... no one would take a risk of buying a business now that the economy is pretty bad.
We are 100% sure to keep the business for now. And maybe in the long run we will put this back in the market ( or maybe not).

wow, that's nice! wish i have the landscapers mind coz i want to beautify outside of our future house. as of now, sagbot pa ang nitubo wala pa balay nibarog. hehe

Sis Rez, aw karon pa d-i ka kabalo na landscaping hehe! d man gud ko perme mag blog about greenscape gud kay na puro nalang green ni akong huna3x. Naay mga tawo mag work,all of them are Mexicans. Pero busy gihapon c bana labi na payroll ug prepare invoice..then order plants, landscaping equipments,fertilizers,etc..then sabay2x lang mi perme sa iya.
Ngita bitaw mig agent,tig tubag sa phone calls.pero mahal man kung dre sa US ang agent.hehe!Mao sa voicemail nalang maadto.Pero dba ganahan ang customers kung naa jud tubag dayon.
