What I have done today? I printed out our chat logs for the year 2006 to 2008. I collected 40 pages now and still counting. I didn't know how much the consul needs to prove that my relationship with my husband is genuine. E-mails is another proof but I only have 8 copies including snail mails. I hope these are all enough but if not well I also have screenshots with myluv and I chatting with webcam and voice.
My 2 folders are thick now. I organized them properly with a little caption on each page so that it is easier for me to grab which document they might need. I included the original copies of what we have forwarded already since it is stated in the packet though they will not look for it. It's better to be ready than sorry.

Good Luck! Don't worry too much I know you will pass the interview. Back when I go there for my interview I bring a whole back pack of proof and the consul didn't even look at it. So I am pretty sure you are already approve. Don't worry to much you'll be fine.
